The doctors were very nice and attentive. I was originally scheduled for a different surgery, but it wasn’t caught in advance that I wasn’t a candidate, so I ended up taking time off work unnecessarily—something that could have been avoided. However, the doctor did take the time to explain in detail why I wasn’t a candidate for the original procedure, going into specifics about the shape of my eye. He was very kind and thorough in his explanation, which I appreciated.
When I went in for the EVO ICL procedure, the experience was much better overall. The only issue was that I did not receive the aftercare instructions until after the surgery, when I was handed a lot of information all at once. Additionally, there are limited days available for EVO ICL procedures, which can make scheduling and managing post-op appointments a bit challenging without a flexible schedule.
Aside from that, they answered all of my questions, were very kind, and were able to accommodate my need for a later appointment.
