A recent study from Centers for Disease Control (CDC) reports nearly all contact users practice bad hygiene. More than 80% of contact users report sleeping with their contacts in. While others report, keeping contact in their case longer than recommended.
The CDC recommends contact wearers keep all water away from contact lenses. Discard used disinfectant solution and clean the case each day. As well as, replacing the contact case every three months.
